of the five directors. BEECHCROFT's
approach to client service is that every assignment is handled throughout

Most of the deals we handle involve a
business plan to support a company's plans whether they involve expansion,
acquisition or even recovery from difficult situations. Our work is often
limited to reviewing plans already prepared by management. In
circumstances when the senior management is time constrained or has
limited experience of preparing such documents, we help them by drafting
the document and preparing financial projections in a format that is
appropriate for the recipients. These could include banks, equity
providers, acquirers and joint venture partners.
