Frank
Lilley
Frank founded Beechcroft in
1994 to act as an independent vehicle offering financial advice to
companies wishing to expand, finance, restructure or dispose of their
operations in the UK and Continental Europe. He previously held senior
positions with responsibility for developing pan-European corporate
finance business at James Capel, Savory Milln and Coopers & Lybrand.
Frank is a specialist in cross-border M&A, flotations and equity
placement and regularly does business in French, German and Spanish.
Tim
Gerhard
Tim joined Beechcroft in
1998. After over ten years at Coopers & Lybrand's growing businesses
unit, he spent two years with NatWest assisting regional lending managers
in understanding the needs of their more problematic customers. He is a
specialist in SMEs and owner-managed businesses and also acts as a part
time Finance Director to a number of owner-managed businesses.
Simon
Mollett
Simon joined Beechcroft in
1996. Prior to this he was a corporate finance partner at Coopers &
Lybrand for seven years. He has specialised in stock exchange flotations,
cross-border acquisitions, investigations and MBOs, particularly of
technology based companies. Simon has substantial recent experience in the
telecoms/IT and pharmaceutical sectors. He is the author of the Institute
guideline "Managing a Flotation" and the co-author of
"Financial Due Diligence" and "Barriers to Takeovers in the
EC". He also has a PhD in Geophysics.
James
Terry
James joined Beechcroft in
1996. Prior to this he gained substantial corporate finance experience at
Coopers & Lybrand and more recently spent five years with Grand
Metropolitan plc project managing major special situations including
litigation, property matters and internal restructuring. James's
experience combines hands-on management at a large corporate with advising
and reporting on both public and private companies.
