One of the first questions we ask ourselves when we meet prospective clients is:

"Is this team capable of becoming millionaires or multimillionaires from the business they are in or planning?"

Our job is to help them achieve it and we have many years' experience of doing just that! We cannot do it unless the raw material is there and we need to be part of a team of management and advisors who get on, have the right experience and who dedicate senior attention to getting the deal done on the right terms.

BEECHCROFT's work for private companies covers a range of situations including:

The process varies but typically follows the following pattern:

  • Preparation of the Business Plan
  • Introduction to  targeted equity and debt providers;
  • Thoroughly rehearsed presentations  to interested parties;
  • Negotiation with funders to achieve best deal for the management;
  • Advice on whom to choose as financial partners;
  • Help through to completion of the deal; and
  • Continuing assistance in making the deal successful.
